A: Once the co-production project has been approved, the parties to the co-production should submit in advance a detailed list of the equipment and other materials to CFCC, after which CFCC will handle the importation and exportation procedures on behalf of the parties in its capacity as the guarantor of the parties – the relevant equipment and materials may thereafter be imported as accompanying luggage or by way of cargo; the parties could also engage on their own the services of other agents to handle the relevant customs procedures.
